At Charter Care Services, we are committed to helping individuals and families live with greater confidence, dignity and independence.
What began as a personal mission to improve the quality of disability care has grown into a connected organisation providing disability support services, allied health, NDIS plan management and disability equipment.
Based in South East Queensland, with a growing presence in Cairns and New South Wales, we support participants, families, carers, support coordinators and healthcare professionals across Australia.
Our experienced team is united by one purpose: to make accessing care, managing an NDIS plan and finding the right support solutions simpler, more reliable and more personal.
Born from Personal Experience
Charter Care Services was founded from a genuine desire to improve the experience of individuals and families navigating disability support and the NDIS.
The journey began after a life-changing rugby accident left the son of our founder, Paul, paralysed. As the family navigated the complexities of the NDIS and searched for reliable providers, Paul experienced firsthand the challenges, uncertainty and gaps that many families face.
While there were many providers in the industry, it was not always easy to find organisations that consistently delivered on their promises of quality, compassion and dependable support. Driven by personal experience and a determination to create something better, Paul established Charter Care Services.
What began as a commitment to providing reliable disability care has since grown into a broader range of connected services, including disability equipment, allied health, NDIS plan management, supported accommodation, community services and specialised transport. Today, our personal understanding continues to shape how we work. We listen, communicate clearly and focus on solutions that make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.
